Headed up by Nick Boaz (Tolman Motorsport, Red Bull Racing), The Den’s mechanical department offers carefully tailored servicing packages aimed at vehicles that require specialist care: Retro & Classic performance cars, Restomods and professionally modified vehicles. Following a comprehensive inspection we design a specifically formulated service schedules that takes into account not only vehicle specification but also client usage.

Client introduction

 
Being a Den Member begins here. A conversation to find out about you, your car and your passion. Information such as how often you use the vehicle, what type of journeys you do and whether there are specific events you regularly attend will all help us to tailor our services to your needs.

STEP 2

Onboarding inspection

 
The first step of your journey with The Den is a comprehensive inspection of your car. This is carried out over the course of two days and will cover every aspect of the vehicle, both mechanical and cosmetic.

STEP 3

Report & Schedule

 
After the inspection we will talk you through the results personally. We will formulate a tailored service schedule as well as a list of tasks, categorised as “essential”, “recommended” and “desirable”. You will be presented with a physical service record, app login and membership pack.

STEP 4

Appointments

 
The ball is now in your court. Book in for jobs to be completed at a time that suits you. We will remind you of upcoming service intervals & events and each job completed will be accompanied by media updates in your service record.
